This is a large beautiful house with parking at front and a large back garden. All rooms are freshly decorated and have their own virgin box all channels , fully furnished, with wifi.. The property is in a very nice quite street but just 5 minutes walk into Romford town where you could catch a train and be in the city within 20 minutes.. The en suite room available has it's own conservatory living room added on . It's almost a self contained little home. The house has a very large kitchen with two separate cookers and plenty of work top and storage , It also has communal room. The tenants that occupy the property are very clean and respectful to each other's boundaries. This is not a party home but a quite comfortable home that you could enjoy coming home to after a long days work. All my previous tenants were here for a very long time and were very happy.. Please only apply if you are planning on a long term rental .
