Lodger Required in Romford

I require a Lodger in my Flat in Romford East London, for a Single Room. You will be living in a Shared Accommodation alongside myself (Male Landlord). I own a Two Bedroom Ground Floor Flat and I am looking to put the Single Room on rent for 1 Lodger for £450 per month, all bills included in price. I will be staying in the Double Room. The Flat comes with a Shared Bathroom and Shared Kitchen. The Flat also has high speed 200mbps Broadband. Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas and Broadband bills all included in price. Rent paid in advance at start of month and also deposit of £450 will be required. P. S This is strictly a Vegeterian household therefore I am looking for someone who is also a Vegeterian. The Lodger must also keep the room and place tidy and have good cleanliness and good personal hygiene. The cleaning and maintenance of the room will be done by myself atleast 4 times per week. Minimum term 3 months. Deposit will be refundable only after 3 months stay and only upon leaving and as long as there is no damage to the room, facilities or property. If vacated before 3 months then deposit will be forfeited and non refundable. A contract will need to be signed. Short term let's will be accepted but then rent will be £150 per week and a deposit of £300 which will be refundable upon leaving, as long as no damage to the room or property or facilities.
