A very spacious double room with en-suite shower room available in a 4 bedroom house-located in a quiet, residential road.

We are looking for a Female ONLY, someone who would like to share a nice home with a young family. Someone who is easy going and reliable with their rent.

The room has a double bed & double wardrobe, mini fridge, mini freezer, toaster, kettle & microwave. The en-suite has a shower, basin, and WC.

The house itself is a short walk to Queen’s hospital (or one bus stop away), Romford town centre, Romford station (3 bus stops away). Romford station can take you directly to Stratford/Liverpool street.
Off street parking is available.

Bus ride takes you to closest underground stations - Dagenham East & Dagenham Heathway (District & Hammersmith & City line). 5 minutes walk to bus stops.

All bills included (Council tax, electricity, gas, water, wireless broadband,).

You will have access to the kitchen, washing machine and garden. Please bear in mind are a friendly family with three young children (one being a 2 year old).
