Double bedroom in the heart of Romford

Hello!

I am the sole occupant of a flat and I have a good sized furnished double bedroom to let to a female lodger.

The flat has an excellent location of only 5 minutes walk to Romford Station, seconds walk to the shops on the High Street and is positioned on the second floor of a quiet building with audio/video intercom security. There is also access to the roof terrace for the residents (and I am happy to lend you my hammock on these hot summer days 😁)

The bedroom comes with all the furniture seen in the pictures; the bed is ottoman style so it lifts up to allow plenty of storage space underneath. The mattress is of very high quality and very comfortable.

I am looking to let it to someone friendly, clean and responsible, preferably non- smoker, LGBTQ friendly and who doesn't mind having a friendly cat around.

The price is of £600 per calendar month, all bills included, no deposit required, but first and last month to be paid in advance.
