Large double & own fridge

We're a profession couple who rent our second living room so it's quite a large space. Windows are treated so you can have blinds open in the day without people looking in. It's a bright double room with lots of storage space. Located on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk into Romford Town.

Romford Station is a 15 minute walk away with regular trains on the Lizzy Line. As well as fast trains to London Liverpool Street Station with a 15 commute time. Several bus stops less than 5 mins away.

Less than 5min is also a local Tesco’s Express and Local Sainsbury's for a quick shop but an Asda superstore/Aldi are walkable for a larger shop

The house has a utility room with a separate washing machine and dryer. A dishwasher, a recently landscaped garden. It has two full bathrooms. This double bedroom is located on the ground floor (windows have privacy glass with blinds installed) where you'll have access to the downstairs bathroom seen in the photo. Myself and my husband use the bathroom on the first floor. You will also get a fridge to yourself!

We usually stay in the top two floors so downstairs is relatively quiet.

I'm a radiographer at a central London hospital my husband works from home. And we're looking for someone who wants to rent a room in this gorgeous, light double bedroom. Looking to maintain a warm friendly environment, mutual respect and a clean space. Professional people are preferred but will always prioritise those that we feel will fit nicely and see our place also as their home.
