Hey, Looking for a housemate. Im Daniel, I'm very friendly, relaxed and laid back. I like to have a laugh and I'm very easy going. I work from home, but I'm also away from the house quite a lot. I do get quite busy with work, so I'm not always at the house.
The house is very spacious, and would want any housemate to feel as though it was their home too. The street is really quiet. Friendly neighbours. There is a parking space on the drive and plenty of on street parking. There is a small garden.
Upstairs and downstairs toilet. One shared bathroom/shower upstairs.
Open to couples occupying the room, there is plenty of storage space around the house too. However, I would set the rent to £1,200 for couples.
There is an extra charge of £20 per month for a monthly house cleaner.
There is a private driveway and plenty of street parking available.
