Double room for single professional bills include

We are young British Muslim couple, both are busy working professional currently living at our 3 bedroom house. The property is fully refurbished clean and tidy property. We speak English.

The room includes a double bed with mattress, a single wardrobe, beside table, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, desk. Bedding is not included.

Shared amenities is bathroom and kitchen. kitchen use via rota as kitchen is very small.
All bills included as well as Wi-Fi.

We are looking for female working professionals/ student. Needs to be a non smoker and does not consume alcohol or pork in the property due to religious beliefs.

There is off street parking.
