Romford (Rm3) Double Rooms

I have only 2 double rooms left in a large 7 bedroom house in Romford. The house has two shower rooms with both toilets and wash basins and one bathroom (with shower)also with toilet and wash basin, a large dinning area with open plan kitchen, utility room, 150' garden with patio area and ample on and off road parking.
This house is situated close to amenities, public transport (direct line into London Liverpool St)and all major road routes inc M25, A12 & A127.
I am preferably looking for professionals who are clean and tidy and have respect for the house and other house mates. Smokers are welcome but must not smoke inside the house at anytime.
