Bubbly Canadian Seeking Ideal Flatmate

Hello and thank you for reading.
I have just purchased my first home in Romford, and I am looking for a lodger to share my humble abode!
Ideal for the London commuter, or a Queens Hospital worker, my flat is 3 minutes from Queens, and a 5 minute bus ride or 10 minute walk from Romford station. The national rail will get you to Stratford in approximately 15 minutes, and London Liverpool in roughly 25.
Who am I?
I am a 25 year old professional, originally from Canada, who has been living in the UK for over two and a half years.
I am quirky, love vintage/shabby chic, and I am a big foodie...Offerings of tea, sweet n salty popcorn and streaky bacon always make me happy :P !
I also love to cook and bake, so most likely will feed you when I've made something new and need a guinea pig!
When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring London, meeting with friends, reading a good book with a big mug of tea, and going to the weekend markets.
I'm also a bit of a geek- I am a gamer girl---love my Xbox, love Marvel, and go weak at the knees over beards! Haha
I'd say I'm quite neat and tidy---and I'd like my home to be that way.

What am I looking for in a flatmate?
Somebody who is also a professional, who is mature and respectful.
Id like somebody I could chill out and have a glass of wine with but also somebody equally happy doing their own thing.
Also, as I am up early and back late, I'm looking for somebody not a partier, as I'm early to bed, early to rise. Other than that, I'm pretty easygoing! :)

About the flat:
As I am still moving in (only moved about two weeks ago), I don't have many photos at the moment, as I am still waiting for some furniture to be delivered, but the flat is beautiful!
Wooden flooring throughout, except for the bedrooms that are carpeted.
We would share a bathroom, with heated towel racks, and a lovely power shower.
There is a balcony, the flat always seems to catch the sun, and it's always lovely and sunny in the evening.
The bedroom is a generous sized double, with a built in closet, and I am in the process of getting a double bed with storage, along with a dresser.
The flat has a great fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and huge airing cupboard.
I currently have BT Broadband and am in the process of also getting a TV, and when I get that, I will be getting SKY.

Price is 600 a month, bills included.

I will happily arrange a reduced price for a Mon-Fri renter. Ultimately, I'm looking for the right person at the end of the day! :)
