Room includes: double bed, bedside cabinet, shelving unit, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a 24" Smart TV/Dvd combi with a Now TV box.

Wi-fi is available.

Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen/diner with table and chairs and lounge. Patio doors lead onto a decked area and south facing garden. There will be sole use of an undercounter fridge in the kitchen.

Must be a cat lover as I have 2 of them!

Parking space on the driveway is available if needed.

Would prefer someone professional and aged 30-50.

Romford station and shopping centre are only 15 minutes away by 252 bus route. Tesco Express and Aldi are both within walking distance. There is easy access to the A12. Fairlop/Barkingside Central line stations approx 12 minute drive away. Newbury Park Central line station is accessible via bus along the A12 route.
