Double room in new build, All bills included

Hi there,

I have a double room in a new build property available. It's a ten minute walk to Romford station and the bus stop is two minutes away. Easy access to shopping, cinema and gyms. All bills included. No living room, except a small dining/eat in area in the kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, etc. I want someone who works full time and that is clean, quiet and friendly.
I'm at work from 7-6pm on weekdays. I've separated the living room from the open plan kitchen and that is where I stay.
