10 mins walk to Romford stn, fast trains (17 mins) to London Liverpool Street! buses every 2 mins from end of road, ALL stop at the train station. Central line (Newbury park) 17 mins away on bus also from end of road.

Romford has bars, shops, gyms, supermarkets, coffee shops, new swimming pool/ice rink, VUE cinema, Raphael Park and lakes & easy to get to Gidea park, Hornchurch, Westfield & into London.

I work in central London for a film and event production agency. I often come back late & have always felt very safe, so it's an excellent option for a girl.

I'm a very considerate flat sharer, have a good social life but sometimes love to chill on sofa with a movie or box set, so someone with similar outlook would be ace. Its not a party pad and without meaning to sound dull I’d really value someone who is happy taking it in turns doing a quick clean of flat each week - I don’t provide a cleaner so you’d need to clean your rooms weekly too.

looking for a girl ideally or gay guy - No couples as flat isn't big enough.

Flat comes with one parking spot which I use - if you want parking my lovely neighbour let’s me use his as long as I agree it in advance.
