Double room in lovely huge flat in Romford centre

I recently bought my flat last May and I rented the second room to a friend. She is now moving in with her BF.

I am a 28 year old female professional working in London. I am sociable I enjoy having friends over for dinner, I like to go out, I like to go gym, generally I have quite busy lifestyle.

I am looking for someone like minded to me, similar age and similar lifestyle. I would prefer a female but would consider a male if it was the right person. This would be perfect for someone that works local or in the city that needs to commute.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy as I have spent many hours restoring old vintage furniture. I have spent quite some time and effort getting the flat to how I want it to be and want someone to be respectful of that.

With regards to relationship status I am happy for your bf and gf to stay over but not every night I am not looking to share with a couple. I also don't like people bringing "one night stands" back this is my flat and makes me feel very uncomfortable having strangers in and out on a revolving door.

I have plenty of space in the flat and lots of storage areas.

The photo of the room is with current tenants furniture. I have bought a bed, wardrobe and drawers for the room and will update ASAP.

You can park out side the flat between 6: 30pm at night and 8: 30am in the morning but there is no allocated parking.

You have access to the whole flat and this is your home. We have SKY HD, Fibre optic broadband, Very secure entry to building, Good size balcony with beautiful sunsets in the summer.

All bills are included in the total rent which will need to ne paid on the last day of the month by standing order.

The room is available on the 30th April.
