The house will be shared with a professional couple. We are pretty quiet during the week due to work and at weekends we like to get out and about but also like our lazy Sunday's.

We don't smoke but smokers are welcome if they don't mind smoking in the garden.

1 month rent deposit and 1 month rent in advance
