This house is perfectly situated between Gidea Park and Romford stations so is ideal for anyone who has to commute either to London or Southend. It is a well looked after house with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet facilities, downstairs toilet, sitting room and separate dining room and sitting room with kitchen. I have lived here for 27 years. My first tenant stayed here for 3 years and my previous tenant for 3 months so I am quite happy to have longterm or shorter. It is a well looked after house and very clean and in good condition. The room I am renting out has built in wardrobes with full length mirror, single bed with drawers underneath so plenty of storage space and plenty of shelving. I don't mind short stays and the rent would be £80 per week but prefer longterm. All bills are included and I have parking space at front of house if needed. I am sure you would be very happy here.
