Romford ctr-large double-private bathroom

Please note there is permit parking not off street parking. Permit about £40 per year. May not suit someone with a car. This is for a single person, not couples. Non smoking household and no visitors.

This is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. I am a live in landlord with ensuite bedroom, the room I am offering is a large double fully furnnished with private bathroom.

House is brand new, modern, alarm and cctv, internet and SKY in lounge, internet tv in kitchen, all mod cons, dishwasher, double oven, 2 x fridge freezer,2 x washing machine and 2 x tumble dryer, large brick shed. I've lived in Romford for 23 years so I have everything. Garden has patios, furniture, shed, bbq, fire pit.

I'm 5 minutes walk Romford station and 1-2 minutes walk Romford Brewery with the gym, shops, supermarket. Cottons Park opposite too (10 seconds walk). Can be in Liverpool Street in 20 minutes from door and West End in 1 hour from door.

Bills and internet included, absolutely nothing else to pay.

I am seeking a professional who is respectful, clean and tidy and who takes security seriously and pays their rent on time. We will live our separate lives but we chat and have a nice atmosphere. Because I'm live in landlord I really look after the house. If anything breaks I fix it immediately and keep the house very clean.

I have a cat so please be aware of that and I don't accept lodgers with pets. I also do not accept any visitors so no boyfriends/girlfriends or mates coming over as I would not feel comfortable with people I don't know.

I work in London in the art world in a corporate role.

Overall the house is very big - huge kitchen and lounge and tripple bifolding glass doors to garden so feels like the garden is another room in summer. House is very homely and comfortable. I've lived here just 6 months and all furniture new.

Would suit someone who lives healthy (does not cook lots of fried food), , works in professional job, likes to chat but has own social life. Call me if interested.
