I am looking to rent a double room in a modern apartment complex overlooking Cottons Park. The property is located within 5 minutes walk to Romford town centre and the Brewery Shopping Centre, close to both Sainsbury's and Romford station (10mins Stratford, 20mins Liverpool Street).
The room has a double bed (not shown in the picture) and the bathroom will be private to you as the master bedroom is ensuite. There is access to a large communal garden area facing the park and there is a balcony leading from the shared lounge and kitchen area.
About me: 36yr old male, single, work as a teacher and enjoy sports, travel and socialising. I am friendly, approachable and keen to have someone with a similar outlook, who is respectful and able to communicate with ease. I also like to keep the place tidy. No DSS or couples.
All bills will be included with the price.
