Hello my name is Sanka, I'm a 28 year old city professional, I have a 3 bedroom house in the RM3 area. I usually only occupy one of the bedrooms on weekends (as I travel a lot with work) & the other 2nd room is rented to a working professional male in his late 30's.
For the 3rd room, ideally we are looking for clean, friendly professional who is sociable.

There is quite a large living room (large sofa) & large kitchen (with dining table) so space will be fine. The room comes furnished with a bed and a very large in-build cupboard. We have our own driveway with enough space for 4 cars.

High speed Virgin broadband and all utility bills are included in the rent per month.

The closest bus stop is literally on our doorstep & the closest train stations are Gidea Park, Harold Wood or Romford all of which have trains to Liverpool street in 25-29 minutes.
Alternatively if you drive to work it is literally less than a 1 minute drive to the A12 & 5-7 minutes to M25 (J28).
