Bedroom - double room is a nice airy space with a double bed, chest of drawers a triple wardrobe and own Door leading out to balcony with lots of natural light.

(Also bedrooms are the opposite end of the flat to each other with a bathroom in the middle so bedrooms are not connected )

Flat is very soundproof can’t hear any neighbours and they can’t hear you.

The lounge has Tv, wifi, kitchen equipment and balcony.

No parking is provided. (It is possible to rent spaces in the block for around £75/100pm I might be able to help finding you one)

A 28 year old female living there atm, tidy and respectful and very easy going. (Not me I’m a live out landlord it’s another girl who’s renting also)

You Must be female tidy clean and respectful of the flat and the bathroom needs to be well maintained. Must give 1 months upfront deposit and monthly rent must be paid upfront.

Please note all bills included except electric this usually comes to £100 a month for the whole flat so £50 each. (The room normally would be advertised at £925 however I would rather the renter pay electric via their own useage)
