It also has a double bed, drawers, connection to 240v electricity and water - as it will remain in the marina. This means alongside having the 'boat experience' you will also be connected to the mains = making it more like a studio flat.

Nearby is access to the train station and marina, with lots of facilities. The commute is about a 20 minute commute to Tottenham & 30 minutes to Liverpool Street.

I am looking for someone responsible and tidy, who will respect the boat and keep it in good condition - references & deposit will be required

Please note you will not be driving the boat - it will remain static in the marina.
