En-suite room available, bills included

En suite room available in beautiful house in Saffron Walden. You would be sharing the house with me, so there would only be 2 of us living there. I’m 26 years old, work in sales and am looking for a like minded female house mate to live with. The location is just under 1 mile from the centre of town, plenty of parking outside the house and I also have a lovely garden for the summer.

I’m looking for a friendly, like minded housemate to move into my house with me over the next few weeks. I enjoy quiet nights in with Netflix as well as trips to the pub and the occasional night out.

Move in date can be flexible if needed to be slightly before February.
