The house is ideally located in the center of Saffron Walden, approximately a five-minute walk from the town center.

This top-floor property has recently been refurbished and features a well-sized kitchen equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave. Additional amenities, such as a coffee machine, are also available for use. The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, along with ample storage. The living room offers a spacious corner sofa, a dining table, and additional storage space. The available bedroom is unfurnished, providing sufficient room for a wardrobe, TV, double bed, and bedside table. The landlords are open to potential wall decorations, including shelves and pictures, subject to prior approval.

I aim for the prospective tenant to feel at home, as the entire property will be shared between myself and the tenant, excluding our individual rooms.

There is one parking space available outside the property, which can be shared based on work schedules. Additionally, street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum two-hour stay from 8 AM to 6 PM and no returning within two hours.

Regular bus services operate from the High Street to Audley End Train Station, providing quick access to London within an hour and Stansted Airport within 20 minutes.

My job involves alternating shift patterns, where I may leave the house at 3 AM on some days and return at 1 AM on others. I am very considerate and quiet during these times, and this has not impacted my current housemate. The bedrooms are fairly well sound insulated.
