Single Occupancy, One Bed Annex for Rent

We have a completely separate annex to our house which has an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room layout. It has a separate shower/toilet and one bedroom with double bed. This is a one person, furnished let with off street parking directly outside the annex and a little private garden too. We are in Saffron Walden, 10 minute walk to market square with easy access to Audley end train station, as well as being a short drive from Cambridge, and 15 minutes from the M11. The Annex will be available from 1st January 2026.
