You will also need to be responsible and trustworthy person who I can rely on to look after the house when I'm not around as I travel a lot. Only 10 minutes walk into Saffron Walden town centre. Easy access to Genome Campus at Hinxton (10 Mins drive), Babraham Institute (20 mins drive), Granta Park at Abington (10 mins) and Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge (25 mins drive), 30 mins to Stansted/Bishops Stortford.
