En-suite double room overlooking fields

An en-suite double bedroom in modern clean and tidy 4 bedroom house in a nice quiet location with views to open fields. Bedroom furnished with double bed, wardrobes, drawers and dressing table, tv and lounge chair. You would be welcome to share facilities including lounge, conservatory, kitchen and washing machine. Small en-suite with shower, sink and toilet plus access to additional toilet on ground level. Wifi included. Car parking on drive. I am looking for a tidy, clean and respectful housemate who needs to be cat friendly. You will also need to be responsible and trustworthy person who I can rely on to look after the house when I'm not around as I travel a lot. Only 10 minutes walk into Saffron Walden town centre. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Easy access to Genome Campus at Hinxton (5 miles), Babraham Institute (11 miles), Granta Park at Abington (10 miles) and Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge (14 miles), 30 mins to Stansted/Bishops Stortford.
