Looking for a professional single adult to take over the tenancy of our lovely annex from 1st July. The annex is at the front of our property and features it's own garden/patio. It features a double bedroom, a separate shower room and an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. It comes fully furnished with all you would need to move in and has it's own parking spot. It is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saffron Walden and 30-40 minutes drive into Cambridge (or 10 mins max drive to Audley End station for trains to London or Cambridge).
