The location is ideal for anyone working at local science parks including Granta Park, Chesterford Research Park, Genome Campus, Babraham Institute etc. Genome Campus bus stop is two minutes walk from the house.
Rent is £350 per month.
There are two people living in the house, me and my wife. We both work full time.
Our house is clean and quiet with friendly atmosphere. And so we would like someone who is quite quiet but friendly and reasonably tidy.
