It is in a small close of 5 other properties near the park. There is a well maintained garden and patio area with drying area and small vegetable patch. There is ample parking and a large double garage for some additional storage if needed. The bungalow has a large size kitchen and dining room with large lounge. . The double room is a large size with extensive new wardrobes giving lots of storage and cupboard space, chest of drawers plus wall mounted tv... The ensuite has a large shower plus toilet and basin set into vanity unit with stainless steel wall storage cupboard, shaver point. Most of the time the owner will be away. My previous lodgers have all enjoyed being here and have been very happy and comfortable (and would give a reference!!!).
