Use of the kitchen and garden area.
Living room will not be part of the room rental and will be for live in landlords use only.
10 minute walk to Shoebury train station, great for London commute.
Good bus service.
5 minute walk to the beach.

We are a married couple who both work, we are clean and tidy and we take pride in our home, we are looking for a like minded person to rent our room.
Please note we do have a dog, so please be aware of this when making any enquiries.
