Big room in house with dogs

Hi I’m Florence.
I moved into this lovely house 4 years ago with my two rescue dogs. The house was fully renovated at that time and kitchen is fully equipped.

I stay at my partner’s place most of the time and we travel a lot so I am looking for someone who loves dogs and can move in and can help look after the 2 rescue dogs.

Rent is flexible, I am happy to offer discounts for someone who walks them and helps keeping the house clean.

It’s a 3 bed 2 bath house. 15 min walk from Thorpe bay station with direct & frequent trains into London. Bus stop to town on 2 min walk.
Beach front on 3 min walk, nature reserve Gunners park on 15 min walk, Lidl 15 min walk, Co-op and some restaurants 10 min walk, Asda 20 min walk.
Off street parking and shed in garden for bikes.

The room has a king size bed and huge wardrobe and is fully furnished. New carpets.

I have 2 dogs who are friendly with dogs and cats so if you have a dog or cat they are considered after meeting with mine.
Other lodger looks after the dogs but if you are also helping out with dog care or cleaning the house you will receive a discount on the rent.
