We are looking to rent out a room in the shoebury area.
A female preferred but will consider a male too.
The house is a short walk to the shops, bus stops and a short walk to the train station.
The house is a chilled house but also with a friendly dog but the dog is mostly out and about with me.
Looking for a lodger that is willing to meet outside the house first to have a chat and also someone that’s happy put a contract into place and provide references that I can check.

The house has currently had some work which has taken longer than planned so the room is currently being painted and once this is complete we will upload some photos, room and house will be completed and ready to welcome a lodger in September .
