We are looking to rent out a room in the shoebury area.

The house is a short walk to the shops, bus stops and a short walk to the train station.
The house is a chilled house but also with a friendly dog but the dog is mostly out and about with me.
Looking for a lodger that is willing to meet first to have a chat and also put a contract into place.
The house has currently had some work which has taken longer than planned so the room is currently being painted and once this is complete we will upload some photos.
