Double Bedroom Available In My Own House.

I have a room to let in my home that will be available mid September. I am a 50 year old female smoker and my other lodger is a 31 year old male smoker. I have 1 dog. We are both working, The room is fully furnished with double bed and large wardrobes and drawers. We have a newly fitted bathroom with bath and in bath shower. All kitchen appliances are available for your use. There is Virgin TV with sports and film channels in the main living area. I have a small garden with the property. There is no off street parking but the street usually has spaces available to park. I have to politly request that you must have no criminal record as my house insurance does not allow anyone with one to reside with me. The house is within a stone throw to Shoebury train station and the beach and local bus routes.
