Double Room By The Sea

The room on offer is situated in a lovely, well cared for home, minutes from Thorpe Bay beach, Yacht Club and tennis Club, main line station and bus routes.
The room faces East, has lots of storage and TV and comes with private use of the bathroom. There is shared use of usual amenities, all bills are included, there is off street parking and broadband.
The current occupiers include myself, live-in landlady and Tony who has been my tenant for 11 years. (Could not ask for a better recommendation!) We also have a quiet dog. Smokers are acceptable but not in the house
We are mature, professional, respectful people who would be happy to welcome a 3rd person of a similar nature.
