I am looking for a new tenant to join me living in my home.
I am a 34 male site manager working in construction. I work Monday to Friday 730-1700 followed by the gym each evening.
The house is on a quiet square in shrub end with no through traffic. The main bathroom is only shared between two rooms along with guests and has an electric shower.
The house is Morden and well kept.
Parking is available via bays opposite on a first come first served basis or roadside and has never been an issue.
There is a separate utility for washing, a conservatory, small patio area and south facing garden.
