Smart, End of Close, Semi detached. Very quiet.

Must be dog friendly. A friendly Chi and a shy Romanian rescue. Although I’ll keep them out of the way if necessary. Large double bedroom with large en-suite. Huge triple wardrobe with rails and storage. Large wall mounted TV. Shared new kitchen. Private parking. Facing the river walk, miles of walking/cycling. Lots of shops in the village 10 mins walk away. Great local pubs. Bus route 2 mins walk.
My current lodgers contract has ended, he’s been here since Feb 26, it’s worked brilliantly, out of the house very early, returning after dinner. Home at weekends. Although I’m friendly, I’m not looking for a new bestie! I’m an early riser, working as a passenger assistant, dogs stay in the lounge while I’m out.
