double room to let in family house

1 double room to let in large 3 bedroomed house, gas central heating and open fire, large kitchen and gardens, share rest of house, option to have 2nd sitting/computer/music room, must like dogs, My son is away at uni but will be back at christmas, the room would suit an easy going person and a car driver, (buses are not good here)
Possibility of a longer let if my other lodger moves on before christmas when his job contract comes to an end
