- no smoking in property
- be neat and tidy
- no guests over without prior agreement from landlord
- be respectful of other housemates
- play your part (if the bin is full take it out, wash up dishes, clean up after yourself, etc)
- put bins out on bin day every (bin collection day is every Wednesday)
