There are three Rail Stations including Pitsea and Benfleet nearby approx 2 miles away. There are also two Local Supermarkets Aldi & Tescos and a Morrisons nearby.
Benfleet has numerous Restaurants, two local pubs, a Virgin Sports/Leisure club and a Harvester near the Tescos
The ideal flatmate must be DBS certified, MUST LIKE DOGS, must be a professional aged between 25-55 years old. They must be a non-smoker, clean, tidy, respectful & easy going, & be in full time, daytime employment WITHOUT shift-work patterns. References from current employer and landlord, photograhic ID and one months deposit and a month in advance are all required.
