Room Has Now Been Taken

hello iam tony, i have a double room in a 3 bed house for rent. the house is in south ockendon essex. you will have full share of all amenities. have off street parking, garden, washing machine, broadband, dont have en suite, pets welcome. the train station is about 2 miles from the house, trains get to londons fenchurch st in about 25 mins. lakeside shopping centre is about a 5 min drive away. i am very laid back & easy going, like to go out for a few drinks now & then or have a few indoors, love to have bbqs when the suns out ! anyone would be more than welcome to have friends or family over when they wanted. if this sounds like what your looking for just get back to me. thanks tony
