Cosy room with single bed

A room for a calm, clean, honest lodger in a quiet, neat, large 4 bedroom house with a family. We are a team of 3 people (1 female and 2 male), a baby plus a kitten. There is a shower room upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. You will have access to communal areas - kitchen (new fridge shared with 1 person), dinning/ seating area and a large garden. The furninshing in the room consists of a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. All bills, cleaning products and access to internet are included in the rental price. The rental price includes a cleaner once a month for servicing communal areas. The house is next to a park, within a walking distance to the centre with shops, 0.7 miles to Ockendon station within Oyster Zone - one stop from Upminster. Minimum stay is 6 months.
