I’m clean and tidy
I’m hard working and out the door early

I’m looking to rent the room to another clean and tidy professional

The room to rent is nice and bright and sits at the back of the house overlooking the garden
It has been recently re decorated
There is loads of wardrobe space and under bed storage.

Along to rent with the room is use of the bathroom kitchen and lounge and fibre optic broadband
There is also lots of parking in front of the house

The house is 13/14 min walk to Ockendon c2c line into London
And there are bus stops 1 min away to lakeside shopping centre

All the main shops lidle Tesco boots barbers take aways etc are 3/4 mins walking distance.

There are parks at either end of the road one of them being belhus woods
So if u like the out doors u can walk for miles over the forest and lakes.
