A room for a calm, clean, quiet lady in a neat, large 4 bedroom house with a family. We are a team of 3 adult people plus a baby boy and a kitten.
There is a shower room upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. You will have access to communal areas - kitchen (fridge shared with 1 person), dinning/ seating area and a large garden. The furninshing in the room consists of a large single fitted bed, large fitted desk, hanging wall units with lots of storage plus a large fitted wardrobe. All bills, cleaning products and access to internet are included in the rental price however if you don’t want to clean communal areas (kitchen, dinning, landing, hall, bathroom) once a month there is additional charge for a cleaner to come.
The house is next to a park, within a walking distance to the centre with shops, 0.7 miles to Ockendon station within Oyster Zone - one stop from Upminster.
No overnight guests allowed.
