The room available is a large double, fully furnished with a comfortable mattress, desk and chair TV and soundbar and chase lounge with a stunning view over a historical park. There is a walk in shower and a separate bathroom with a spa bath.
There is a large kitchen diner with oven, microwave and an air frier, washing machine amongst other appliances. There is a large sitting room and dining room available.
There is a patio with a fixed gazebo contains a large outside sofa and a separate bbq area in the garden.
We are just a 3 minute walk to Southend East Train Station providing links into London, with a local bus service operating directly from outside of the property.

Just a 12 minute minute walk to Southend Town Centre giving excellent shopping, night life and entertainment.

Just a 5 minute walk to Southend Seafront, Beach, Amusements and Pier. The ;local shops and large supermarket are just 3 minutes walk away

It will only be myself and one other person (you) living here.
