Actually the photo of the garden is old, it looks a lot smarter now with the vine trimmed recently, and back wall painted white.
This house is incredibly conveniently located, just a few meters to stations and buses, the High Street shops, University Campus buildings, and a bit further to the beach.
There is a full bathroom and and a separate shower room with toilet and basin, so no queuing for the one bathroom. The large, light kitchen diner has wide patio doors which open up onto the garden. The kitchen has both washing machine and dryer, as well as all the usual appliances. The high power internet service is also included in all the bills covered by the rent..
