I am looking for someone who is professional to come stay in my spare smalldouble bedroom in my seafront apartment.

You would be living with only myself. This is not a multi - house-share.

There’s stunning views from the living room with immediate access to the beach and a small garden to the rear of the property.

It is fully furnished with a double bed, clothing rail, feature fireplace, mirror, large drawers ...

I am not looking for a crazy party type as I have a stressful job and like a peaceful home.

I have a washer and separate tumble dryer.
