Double room available in two-bed flat in Southend

I’m looking for someone to live with me in my two-bed flat in Southend (five mins from Southend Victoria station and the high street). The flat is one year old and has new furnishings and fittings throughout. It’s a small double room; there is a double bed which can also fold away into a single bed to save space. There are drawers underneath and I can also give you a clothes rail. There is an open plan living/kitchen area and a bathroom with bath and shower.

I’m 27 and work in London in the music industry. I enjoy music, baking, health & fitness and socialising (but this isn’t a party flat). I have two cats so you’d need to be happy with feline flatmates and also ideally willing to help out with them when I’m not there :)
