Gorgeous house share. 1 smaller room left!

Hello,

I recently graduated in theatre arts and live in Southend.
Myself and my tenant Rosa, a Spanish online university student, live here.
We are very clean and tidy. Big recyclers and we're both super busy so the environment is nice, quiet and chilled.

Bills are included. Except for a TV Licence. This will need to be paid by you if you have a television.

The house is brand new and room 3, the last room available comes with a new small double bed frame and brand new mattress which is yet to be unpacked! The room has a wardrobe and a shelf and is very slick. If you need a desk and chair I can supply that.

Upstairs there is a shower room and downstairs a bathroom with a bath so between 3 of us it's great.

I'll be at home for the next week to give viewings.
I am also able to take a new tenant before the 25th if necessary.
