Double room in luxury flat with Hot tub

5 mins walk from southend east station, 10 mins to the beach or town centre. Double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat with shared bathroom and kitchen/living room. The room has storage under the bed plus some storage throughout the flat, as well as a small wardrobe. There's also a patio outside with a hot tub, table and chairs.
Rent is 550 per month plus 100 for bills (council tax, internet, cleaner fortnightly who will do your room if you want, electricity etc.).
Tenant must be willing to meet first to see if we get along. And a reference will be required.
I'm a teacher who loves to travel in the holidays and I'm usually away a couple nights a week. I'm easy to get along with and am happy to socialise or keep to myself.
