The room is available 21st December, suitable for a single professional person. It has a double bed, modern white bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, desk which can also be used as a dressing table, chair, long mirror and wall mounted Smart TV.
The kitchen has granite worktops, a large breakfast bar, soft close drawers, motorised cupboards for easy open and high quality appliances including; a Neff integrated oven and microwave, two washing machines, a tumble dryer, a fridge with water dispenser and a large freezer. There is also a TV and seating area.
In the main bathroom there is a drying cupboard to hang damp clothes. In the garden there is a lockable shed for storing bikes etc. Garden furniture and BBQ for the summer (provided by us).
The house is situated in a quiet street with very easy access to amenities. It is 2 minutes from Southend Victoria station, 4 minutes from Victoria Shopping Centre and 5 minutes from the centre of Southend town. The local area has restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a gym all in walking distance.
It is a 12 minute bus ride to the hospital and 20 minutes to the airport. If you cycle it’s approximately 10/15 minutes to both the hospital and airport.
The monthly rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity (smart meters), water, council tax, broadband (125mb download speed), TV licence). We provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks. There is nothing extra to pay.
This is a privately run house, with a live out experienced and accredited landlord. We don't use letting agents and manage our properties ourselves, The house is fitted with fire alarms, call points, emergency lighting and security cameras to ensure this is a safe place to live. All our tenants are respectful professionals.
There is a holding deposit of £110.00 required to secure the room, which will be refunded at the end of the tenancy agreement.
