Large Double room with TV Bed

I am looking for a female lodger as I currently have a 30yr female and a 64yr male so to keep an even balance a female to take the last double room.

The room has a kingsize tv bed there is a wardrobe chest of drawers bedside tables and TV with a firestick.

There is a shared bathroom the kitchen has an American fridge freezer a range cooker with 2 ovens and separate grill & 7 rings, there is also a microwave coffee machine dishwasher washing machine & You will also have your own food cupboard.

There is a south facing garden that gets a lot of sun when the weather permits 😆 and i do have garden furniture that can be used.

All bills are included and there is a cabin in the garden with 60” Tv wifi & heating.
