Located just off Marine Parade in Southend-on-Sea, being only 5 minutes walk to the high street. Restaurants, bars, shopping and convenient transport links are all within a short walk, with the beach being on your doorstep.
The house is located 10 minutes (max) walking distance to Southend Central station.

The house is currently being renovated/re-developed to a high standard, in line with a beach house feel. The house will be fully furnished including bills. The house is planned to have 2 kitchens (ground floor for all tenants, second floor access for only the tenants on this floor). There is a shared garden at the rear of the property with a bike shed (for storing your cycle). The back double room will have it's own private garden area.
